A person reads it, not a queue, so it is worth writing what actually happened rather than "it does not work".

Where to write, and what to include

Anything at all	hello@verbatim.design
A licence key	hello@verbatim.design with the payment id from your receipt. It looks like `pay_...` and it is the only thing needed to find your order.
A refund	The same address. The policy is on the refunds page.
Something extracted wrongly	The URL, the selector you picked, and what you expected. The URL matters most: almost every accuracy bug is specific to how one site is built.
Privacy	privacy@verbatim.design, or the same address. What we do and do not collect is on the privacy page.
Security	hello@verbatim.design, with the words "security" in the subject. Please describe the class of problem rather than posting a working exploit publicly, and give us a chance to fix it first.

Two things answer most reports faster than we can.

If the handoff says no server is listening, that is correct: pressing G needs the MCP server running, because that is what opens the local bridge. Start it, or let your agent start it, and try again.
If a page will not pick, check whether it is a chrome:// page, the Chrome Web Store, or another extension's page. Chrome forbids extensions on those, and the icon shows a badge saying so.
